Yes [/list] [b]Questions below are 2 - unlimited liners[/b] [list] [*][u][b]Why do you want to be a staff member on this server?[/b][/u] I want to be staff on this server because I have been one of the long standing supporter of the gmod darkrp community. I am a top notch builder and have hosted events for other servers in the past, mainly LostinPlaceRP. These events mostly consisted of an hour+ of work, and no advanced duplicator, this was to prevent server lag. I have been through some of the most intense training for being staff EVER, having the owner of the server have almost 500k subs on youtube means that when he streams or tweets about the server, almost 60 people instantly join, with no intent to RP and just want to minge the whole time. I have never abused any position i have ever been given, (yes even when it was on my friends shitty Sandbox server). I can devote a lot of my time to the server, almost 8 hours a day(that's a little more than a 9-5 job). I have promised to remain unbiased in all instances of admin sits, or forum posts. I do understand that you just opening up and probably aren't interested in worrying about staff apps, that is fine and I will patiently wait for a response. You may be asking? Who cares about experience, qualifications, anything of the sorts. We need proof that you've been staff, well I will give you something many other people can't. Proof of me actually having staff on LiPRP. http://imgur.com/a/cl804 [*][b][u]What are some qualities that make you worth while to accept?[/u][/b] I qualify for this position because of the multiple steps I took in order to follow my profession, the years of experience under my belt, my extensive and in depth knowledge of the servers rules and how they function, and the ability to think quick on my feet and not crumble under stressful situations. The steps i took to qualify for staff is an entire year of Buisness Management, its pretty much teaching you how to manage small teams and solve problems between employees. I also took another class called Peer Management, which is essentially the solving disputes but on steroids. I've been on gmod for 4 years now and have been staff countless times. My extensive knowledge also goes hand in hand with how the ULX system works, I know all of the commands, the proper targeting system, and even how to use it in console(setting up binds, and using commands.) As I mentioned before I am staff on LiPRP and have had extensive training on there. [*][u][b]Would you like to be trained as a trial mod before-hand or do you think you're ready for full mod? Why?[/b][/u] I am ready for a full mod because of my extensive experience as staff on some of the most toxic and cancerous servers. My extensive IRL training to hold high ranking positions in actual corporations. The ability to think quick on my feet and not crumble under pressure. What do you do and why? Depending on my perms !spectate, or !noclip to see if it is true. If it is true give the player a !warn for having raidables while having a building sign. [*]Player X hits player Y for 1 point of armor damage and player Y kills player X. Player X reports RDM, what do you do and why? It isn't RDM because X initated damage onto Y. [*]Player X calls player Y a stinky butthole over voice. Player Y asks for an admin for disrespect, what do you do and why? Give player X a verbal warning, if he continues he gets gagged. To prevent harassment and bullying. [*]3 players report player X for rdming them but you cannot find the player in question, what do you do and why? Check !logs or look in console for the player who killed them. If he LTAP'd then give him a 1 day ban. To prevent the player from getting off scott free, and to enforce the ideal of reprecusions for your actions. [*]A player accidentally crossfires someone in a raid and the player that got crossfired calls an admin for RDM, what do you do and why? Although it is RDM, it wasn't intentional, so the player who crossfired gets a verbal warning. [/list]
